DELIVERY TIME: All expected delivery times are from receipt of payment of the full amount of your order on our bank account. The delivery of direct debit payments delays by about 1 week!

Shipping and handling are dependent on the respective number of the shipment plus if necessary the cost for chosen method of payment.

You can order easily and conveniently. You will receive from us a confirmation e-mail for your order with the amount to be paid, which you will please transfer to our account stating your order ID and your full name.

Please note that we can only reserve and send your ordered goods in case of prepayment if the total amount is positive credited to our account.

The complete invoice amount has to be transferred to our bank account within 1 week after ordering (order date).

Your order will not be send before the complete entry of your payment !

If your payment of the full invoice amount has not been positive credited to our account within 1 week (after the order date) we will have to cancel your order.

What is happening, once we received your order?

After your order made in our shop you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail with all the necessary information. If you do not get this e-mail after several hours, please contact us immediately!

Any change to your order status will be send directly by e-mail! i.e.:

• Open order
• Waiting for payment
• Confirmation having received payment
• Transmitted to delivery department
• Delivery of the order

If you choose prepayment you will receive an automated payment receipt by e-mail, as soon as your payment is positive credited on our account.
You will find all the information about the status of your order in the customer area: Subscribe / Your Account -> My Account -> Order overview.

On the shipment date of your ordered goods, you'll receive an automated shipping notification, with the indication of the parcel number(s) and the amount of cash on delivery (COD shipments only). Of course you will get with your goods our written invoice.

The UPS delivers packages normally within 1-4 business days to you (national).
